At the request of a university unit, Academic IT staff are available to consult on the selection and installation of AV equipment. The process involves assessing the unit’s needs, evaluating the space for the installation, recommending a solution, and working with an AV contractor to generate a quote. Although the individual unit are responsible for the implementation and equipment purchase expenses, Academic IT staff will provide project management support during and after the project.
