ITS manages the UConn Data Center, a secure location that houses and provides network connectivity for mission-critical servers and related equipment. As a restricted area, access to the facility must be granted by the data center manager. Submit a request to the ITS Technology Support Center if you need the following:

• Access to the Data Center
• Colocation services
• Changes (e.g., modification, relocation, or decommissioning) to existing equipment in the data center
• Addition of new equipment
• New or changes to existing data center cabling
